The following book contains excerpts from the original in the Bosnian language. The original consists also of articles written by Medica professionals working in the Women`s Therapy Center and tella about their experiences in working with women who are survivors of violence. The their part of the original book includes articles written by members of the Infoteka team as well as translated and re-printed articles on the subject of violence against women.
Many people and much time and effort have been put into this research project. One individual, however, has contributed exceptionally. Holly Peele, a graduate of psychology from American University in Washington D.C. and a member of the Infoteka team for two years is an outstanding co-ordinator. She gave time, quality, and dimension to this research and was far and above is leader. Without Holly, this research couldnot have been accomplished in the timely and detailed fashion which it is. We dedicate this book to Holly Peel, co-worker and friend, and thank her sincerely and whole-heartedly for her professional and personal leadership.
